Help with Vacation Ideas?

Hi all,
My husband and I are thinking about coming down to Anna Maria Island early July (the weekend after the fourth). The purpose of this trip is to be a baby moon (I’ll be 7 months pregnant. And before you say, I know going to Florida in July while heavily pregnant is insane lol).

Can someone give me some recommendations on places to stay in the island and where the best area is? Would like it to be nicer, because this will be our last vacation for a while… would prefer to have access to the beach and a pool. We chose this location because it seems the most similar to Key West (less commercial, smaller beach town) with a beach. Ideally would like something that is on the beach or very close, and within short walking distance, e.g. less than half a mile to really good food spots.

TIA

Hi all, I’m in need of advice and maybe I’m overthinking this.

My 18 month old currently sleeps in a crib. She has not shown any indication of crawling out of her crib and so we plan on keeping her in a crib if possible until she shows that she’s ready to move.

We are expecting our second in September, at which point she will be 22 months old. I was planning on using my daughter’s current crib for the new baby, because it is a convertible crib that turns into a bedside bassinet (Nestig)

The issue becomes of what I should transition my daughter to. Should I buy her a new crib that converts to a toddler bed and just transition her to a toddler bed when she’s ready? Or should I just buy her a used crib and throw it out when she is ready for a bed? I’ve even seen some parents who transition their kid from a crib to a full-size mattress on the floor.

I guess my main question relates to the bed she should be in after a crib. Whether a toddler bed, twin mattress, or full mattress is best.
