Are these new RR gains better than before at least?

With the new RR gain changes, I’ve noticed I’m getting around +20 to +22 RR for wins much more consistently than before. Earlier it felt like I barely gained anything even on good performances or win streaks, but now the system feels a bit more rewarding overall.

Losses can still take a decent amount sometimes, but compared to the old system this honestly feels better for climbing. Is everyone else experiencing better RR gains after the update too, or is this just my MMR improving?

AFK players have become a huge problem lately. Whether it’s ranked or casual, having even one teammate inactive makes the game unfair and frustrating. It affects rank, morale, and overall gameplay. Developers really need to address this better maybe harsher penalties or smarter detection(the cypher half afk the 1st round and 2nd round then gone ).
