Should women hide their periods?
Im 18 and Im not really ashamed to admit I have a period. But guys find it weird when I mention that I have it? I’m honestly really open about my period and don’t really care who knows that I’m having it. My friend always hides her pads and turned red when I was taking stuff out of my bag and a pad came out she shoved it back into my bag and nagged at me but, I just feel like it’s a normal bodily function.. I told my friends about it in a group-chat that I would be moody on the day of our hangout because my period was scheduled to be that day and they disgustedly told me they didn’t have to know that and that’s something you tell to your romantic partner.. but I don’t get it. I know I’m gonna be moody and mean on that day and that’s why I let them know in advance but, I just don’t get it, should women have to hide their periods?
