It has been like a month and obviously and I am still shadow banned, does anyone know what to do? I heard people that says that talking with customer service(paying for premium) has made them a personal review and has removed the shadow ban or banned then again or they have been ignored, does anyone that has done this procedure share their experience. Or it is better to create an alt account?
It has been a week since I recovered the account and I am still shadow banned I heard that I need to stop using the account for a couple of days and it will restore itselft but has been almost 7 days and still is banned, anyone knows how to lift it? Or how much time do I wait?

I’m reaching out because I’ve been carrying a situation since late December that feels like a massive injustice. I’m not a frequent Reddit user, so I didn't have the confidence to post this before. However, after successfully appealing an automated ban on X (Twitter) recently, I realized that these systems make mistakes and it's worth speaking up.
I was a tester from Pakistan, working hard and following all rules on Test IO, until I was permanently banned for "Multiple Accounts."
The Context: I only have one account. The "Fraud Detection" was triggered by a support instruction I followed:
I was having trouble linking my Payoneer account. A support agent (from Cirro) instructed me to temporarily change my country to the United States, add the bank details, and then switch back to Pakistan (Payoneer is from US and i can't add it when i select Pakistan). I followed his instructions exactly. I used a public US address to fill the field as a workaround. Seconds after switching my profile back to Pakistan, I was banned for "Multiple Accounts." Using a public address (provided as a workaround) likely linked my account to other users who had used that same address. The system flagged me as a "duplicate" of strangers.
I tried to explain this to another agent, but he just kept repeating that "the decision is final." I even offered my Government ID (CNIC) and a video call to prove my identity. I asked them to check my chat history with the first agent to see that I was just following their own team's advice, but they refused to listen. I tried contacting them in multiple ways to customer support and they will SAY:
"No, this is not about the address or IP or the address added to Cirro or anything related to Cirro
We appreciate your interest in Test IO, but we regret to inform you that we cannot accept testers who create, have, or use multiple accounts on our platform.
Please notice that this decision is final
Thanks for your understanding

My questions for the community: is there still a chance to fix a "Final" decision that was clearly a false positive?
I’m a legitimate tester (using a Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro) who was doing well, and it's frustrating to be labeled a fraudster for following official help.

Since I have recovered my account I have noticed that the comments that I do on post are hidden always, does anyone know why or how to solve it? Should I talk with customer support?
I have been unbanned 2 days ago but now the comments that I create are hidden and only reach to 1-5 view always, does anyone know how to solve it or do I need to wait only?
2 accounts that where banned have been restored, for info: I have 3 accounts:
1 account that was banned a couple of years ago due to a hack (the hacker started spamming crypto things). And 2 accounts that I use while I was waiting for the first one, this two accounts where banned 2 weeks ago. From this 2, 1 only appeal once and the other was being appealed each 2 days with the original account. Now guess which 2 accounts I have recovered?
Answer: the 2 that where banned 2 weeks ago, the original one is still banned xD
