Hi,

I landlord have commit illegal self help eviction ok this matter is civil, the problem is all my belongings are still inside and the landlord refusing to return them (no court order) including my furniture (it was unfurnished apartment) now the landlord has listed the unit for rent (higher price) and in the picture I can see he is using my bed, tv, sofa etc.. all the things I bought.

I made a report to the police and they say its a civil matter ! I consulted many lawyers and many of them said this is criminal, the police is not acting

What should I do ?
