so i am trying to play A Nintendo Ds game on laptop and the Dual screen layout is tripping me out

I want it to be like only the main game screen when i press a button it makes the touchpad thing pop up in on the side

is there any other roms like radical red but for like later gen like Nintendo ds games or the N3ds games.

I mean like a version of the 3ds or Nintendo ds games with every pokemon (even future gens) available and obtainable without the Need to trade?
