I negotiated a lease on a 2026 Kia K4 GT-Line in Florida and wanted to see what everyone thinks.

• 36 months
• 12,000 miles/year
• $365/month
• $0 down (only paying the first month's payment at signing)
• Payment includes tax, title, registration, dealer fees, and everything else
• True sign-and-drive

The dealership also told me that if I go over the mileage, they'll waive the excess mileage charges as long as I lease another Kia through them. Has anyone actually had a dealer honor something like this?

Does this sound like a solid deal, or do you think I could do better? Anything I should watch out for before I sign?
