Got an offer from a software house as a fresher. They are offering 120K with fuel and medical but I need to confirm in a few days. I have second interview lined up with contour, cleared test and first interview for a trainee role. Training will be of 3 months then they might offer me a full time job. Full time will prolly be between 120-140 with some benefits but not sure what During training they will give 30K. Is contour worth this risk? Trainee role is for a specific technology while in the software house I will work on diverse things. The software house is close to my home and the environment there is very chill. What would you guys have done if in my place?
