Very low income joke
This feels discouraging. I'm thankful for Greater Victory Temple to offer space on their lot for this project.
But, I'm upset with Seaside and the development happening here. With how huge campus town is looking...and all of that was free land to Seaside from the army when they left ...this just isn't good enough. I feel like Seaside isn't doing enough for the existing residents.
I can't remember where/how I found it, but I was down some rabbit hole one day and learned before they started building the new homes at Bayonette, they just rezoned something in order to count Sunbay as low income to satisfy the obligation with new building project, instead of building new low income units. That defeats the point. Seaside is doing sneaky things with their obligations.
