23F // I've had a pain behind my wisdom tooth for a few days now, along with an ear ache. My lymph nodes feel a little swollen but it's not noticeable like those I've seen on Google (lol) it also hurts to fully open my mouth

I've been brushing around the area as gently as possible but I always end up making myself bleed 🫤🫤
I did a saltwater rise last night but I don't think it helped much.

The pain in 10x worse in the morning and well I'm currently just taking ibuprofen to relieve some pain.
Any help pls I can't get into the dentist till late next week.
