I have a TiVo Roamio with a CableCARD. When I try to tune to any channel, it says "Channel not available. Contact your cable provider for more information." This has happened before, and I used to be able to reactivate the card from your https://cablecardactivation.xsp.comcast.net/cablecardaccountlogin website, but that's no longer working. Can someone there send the init signal to pair my CableCARD?
