I’m going to start trying to conceive this summer (never been pregnant before) and I’d like to add some pelvic floor conditioning to my workout routine now in preparation. All the resources I can find are for specifically during pregnancy or postpartum though and I’m just not sure if there’s anything additional I should be considering. I know it’s also possible to have issues because the PF is too tight, so are there things I should avoid?
So what did you do/what do you wish you had done before pregnancy to prepare?
