Its the first day of me taking Duloxetine and my god the nausea is awful, i don't want to eat, i don't want to drink, i feel spaced out. When will this end?

Hi everyone, I’m waiting to see my GP in two weeks for a potential fibromyalgia review and could really use some validation as they aren't listening to me. I also have a prescription for Duloxetine (Duciltia) but am holding off for now as i want to understand the potential side effects first.

My main symptoms are:

Pain all over my body that comes and goes, severe body aches, and a very stiff neck and legs.

Feeling drained all the time, zero energy, and struggling to stay awake.

Tingling in my fingers/palms (mostly left), numbness in my face and hands, and frequent headaches.

Severe nausea, anxiety, and painful periods. My gut just flared badly 2 days after my period ended—causing non-stop burping (tasting old food), queasiness, and burning chest tightness.

Does this sound like classic fibro to you? Would love to hear your symptoms.
