Transpoli questions I haven't found good answers for (help a brother out)

I've got a list of personal questions regarding to transpoli that I don't seem to get good answers for. (I'm a trans man, 04)

TW: mention of suicide and alcohol abuse

  1. Is Helsinki's transpoli better than Tampere? Heard from a trans guy living in Helsinki that it is.

  2. Is the 2 year "try out trial" neccesery if I have been socially transitioned for 5+ years and live fully as a man?

  3. I'll be getting on DIY hrt once I have the money. Does this have a significant benifit on diagnosis speed etc. since it shows ditermination and sureness (so I've heard)

  4. how much do dissociation mentions and suspections + mention trauma history from childhood in my omakanta generally effect the doctors' judgements regarding to gender identity validity?

  5. I went thru psychological tests in 2024 during a "borderline alcoholic" time of my life where I was all over the walls. I got no diagnose bc of my heavy hand on the bottle. I did recieve suspections of bipolar or BPD that have been disregarded and overwritten by other nurses and doctors now (since I genuenly have neither).

  6. Do on going treatments like ECT, magnet therapy or ketamine treatments have a positive, negative or neutral effects on their judgement of my validity?

  7. Do couple of suicide attempts from 2022 that were followed by ICU and the psychward + psychotic depression diagnosis come in my way at transpoli? I was previously declined treatment there in 2023 bc of the freshness of those attempts.

  8. I'll be going to get a MRI soon. Will the results effect transpoli if it shows c-PTSD related braindamage?

My only offical diagnostics are; chronic depression with reaccuring depressive episodes (from managable to severe) and ADHD.

+ suspections of dissociation and "transgenderness"

I've done extensive research since I was 11 on HRT, surgeries and the whole transition journey and want to REALLY know how to operate thru transpoli with as much success as humanly possible.
