I just gotta vent, I am so ready to pull my hair out.

For my store, the summer is the slowest time; I get it. But I am so tired of "save labor, save labor" followed by "why is your speed so bad? You need to correct this." I could if you'd let me have people. Noone wants to be called in, they'd rather be scheduled. I am an AM for my location, our location doesnt have Sat thru Mon AM baker nor do we have a weekend PM baker. Its a complete mess, but because we "miss labor" during the week, I have to drown over the weekend.

If it wasnt for how flexible my GM is for things going on in my personal life. Id leave so fast
