Seattle 180 day notice of rent increase requirement
Location: Seattle, WA
My landlord failed to meet the 180-notice of increase requirement and is trying to force us into a gap agreement so they can say they met the 180 day requirement for increase. The renewal starts 15 days after our lease ends and leaves us without a lease for 15 days. Are they allowed to do this?
