For those with redundant / tortuous colon, which diet works best for you?

Seeking advice from those in here who have a redundant or tortuous colon. It was just discovered during a colonoscopy this week that this has been the main cause of trouble for me for decades.

Much of the advice on diet for this condition are contradictory. Some say high fiber is a must, others say it’s a no go. Red meat, fat from dairy and refined carbs are also no no from many sources. So my confusion is total.

Do any of you have personal experience with a diet that works, and foods that are absolute no-go?

My main concern is nutrition deficiency. But I’m desperate to be able to just “get things flowing” regularly without chronic hidden constipation.

Please share if you have any advice or experience with managing through diet, it would be greatly appreciated.
