i need some input i’ve been working at cvs for 3-4 months and have been very happy with the job my manager started off pretty well always helping me and being understanding. i usually work the afternoon shift so it’s usually pretty busy but i like to put in my headphones to listen to music all my colleagues do it aswell even the SM
so i put my headphones in and he comes in from outside and he instantly scolds me and tells me i know better to have headphones in and i told him sorry and that i would put them up so i do that and i start helping the customers in line but he’s still yelling at me from 10 feet away so he’s being pretty loud so ignore him as he’s saying nonsense and he’s comes up to me and he keeps going that it’s in the handbook to not wear headphones and i told him i understand but i thought it was okay because everyone wears them including him and as i say that i see he has one in so i tell him look you have headphones on right now because he always does he’s always on the phone with some one so after i say that he starts saying that he’s the manager and that im store associate that he’s above me that he out ranks me and at that moment i just laughed and said okay he started going off even more and being loud and he starts sending messages to the shift leads and manger of operations that no one is to wear headphones except himself and he starts asking me who are my colleagues who wear headphones and i told him i wasn’t going to tell him because he was just gonna say i told on them so he told there going to find out anyways after i send this message and i told him okay i just don’t know what to in this situation should i report him or what should i do because this isn’t the first time he’s done something weird like this he’s came into the store drunk and reeking of alcohol on his day off and gone in the back to sort stock and i’ve also heard him say some pretty nasty things about girls on the phone so i need yalls input
