Spacious second floor apartment, lots of windows and natural light. Rent is $1225/month, landlord pays all utilities & wifi except for electricity (in my experience electric bill goes from $30-$70ish depending on AC use). Converted townhome has 4 other tenants, all 1-bedroom and studio apartments. Apartment has a window AC unit and vent heating. Laundry included in the building for free. Cats and small dogs allowed. Has a lot of cool original features of the house, such as a claw-foot tub and the 3-door built-in wardrobe pictured.

I can vouch for the landlord that he has been nothing but friendly and helpful, all maintenance issues have been addressed quickly. I am moving for work and would love to stay in this apartment longer if I could.
