I’m disabled and my body is unable to work in the service industry anymore. I have experience being a secretary, office assistant and receptionist. I’ve worked date entry as well.

I'm planning on relocating from Tucson back to Philly and I'm hoping I don't have to go for a roommate situation for a while, I really want to be in a studio for my mental health. Mainly also because I don't want to inflict whatever my mental health issues are on roommates... lol. Grew up Chester county went to school at Temple, was hoping to go back to community college at DCCC this fall if I can get in fast enough. really hoping to just get some of my life back on the track I wanted it to be. I've looked at lots of different property management companies over the past 3 days, I'm praying to god to find a unit that has at *least* a W/D hookup in it? Walkability not really an issue for me because I have a car. Would like some decent natural sun since I get really fucked up if there's not a good amount. Wish I was kidding but I've moved almost every year so I know how bad it can get if I don't get enough sunlight.
Can anyone get me any leads? Budget is no more than $1000. I'm a normal renter I don't smoke or vape, I pay my rent on time religiously, it's appreciated if some utilities are included. I also am open to smaller property rental companies, mom&pops, etc. I'll sacrifice the laundry thing if there's a unit under $1000 that looks very decent, has at least 400sqft and has a bathtub.

Just like the title says! Does anybody have an extra portable AC unit available to sell? Would like to buy it for $150 if that makes sense. Prefer to pickup somewhere in South Philly.
On May 8th my package was delivered to the wrong address according to the GPS on USPS's scanner. I asked the residents of the surrounding homes and no one picked it up or even saw it. The package contained (5) 2019 1oz Silver Mexican Libertads (silver coins). I'd like a heads up if you know of anyone buying or selling these coins since they're semi-rare. I had 3 (edit: actually 4 packages oops) outgoing packages on my porch, hidden and waiting for USPS pickup (I know it's risky, but I've been having packages picked up 3-4x a week for the last few weeks without issues so I guess I got too confident :/)

Upgraded to a smaller, newer, more efficient window unit recently and are looking to give away this older Frigidaire window unit. It works, but it is big, heavy, and old. It may be a good solution for you this week if you need a window AC unit for a zero dollar upfront cost.
The unit came with the house, so there is unfortunately little information about its age or how long it will last, but it works now, and given the rising temps this week, I hope someone will be able to make use of it.
You will need to carry it downstairs and it is heavy - its been sitting upstairs for a year because I can't carry it down. Be prepared to carry it down, and I recommend bringing a second person to help. I have tendonitis in both my elbows, so I cannot offer to help you carry it down.
