How often should I be changing the milk at this stage, in terms of hours? I've been going from longer (24 hours) to shorter, today I'm fermenting it for 8 hours after changing milk this morning. It isn't creamy like the store bought organic kefir yet, it does have a tangy taste similar to store bought but its also a bit metallic and nutty tasting. Its been in the 90s, probably less in my kitchen.
There's still lots of little white globules in it, fully chunky this morning when I checked it, I strained it, bottled it, it separated again in the bottle so I poured it out. I figure I might as well not drink it until its actually ready because I drank some early on and I was farting way more volume than usual and I already fart a lot.

I typically leave it on high, and then sometimes review the work with it on extra or max (rarely ultracode). I'm doing python mainly, working on a trading bot for months, but Opus 5 seems kinda.. I was going maybe too fast, had a sedentary year in my house with not enough cardio, just occasional treadmill, and have been able to go out since April and my leisure, easing back into cycling (I'm not one of you spandex wearing freaks btw, no offense) and this weekend I was real stressed out due to the missus and went for a ride to reduce stress and maybe went too hard and my heart skipped a beat a few times, felt like a flutter or thud. Now I have some pain in the heart zone but more to the left and kinda radiating around the nipple. It's a steady aching burning kind of pain. Also started vaping again this weekend.. after having quit for a couple months. So maybe I'm confusing something else, too much bile, but I'm not sure. Just wanna know how long I have to live approximately, did I cook it and it'll just randomly give up? Not much I can do, just gonna sleep and hope it goes back to normal. It's been a few days, I'm not sure if it's getting worse, seems to be just a steady burning.
