Rate my swimming coaching/ how did you learn freestyle breathing

I started swimming at 22 and it will be 2 months by end of may. I swim 3 times a week and the class duration is an hour.

  1. I'm not in the pool for an hour.

For like 30 minutes our coach makes us practice with kickboards, wall kicking and bubbling. Then, he makes us all swim one by one across the breadth of the pool. But because there are just so many students that I only get like 4 chances of doing breadth in 30 minutes (our pool is 6 lane)

So basically I'm just sitting idle for more than 25 minutes of my 60 minutes class time.

  1. For freestyle breathing, he just showed us once how it's supposed to be and now just expects us to be able to do it.

He doesn't tell any drills like one arm on kickboard and the other at the side or anything about body rotation. Nothing at all. He just straight away takes us to the deep end (13 feet) and asks us to practice breathing there (across the breadth of the pool, 4 times per student per class). Whatever I've learned for breathing is by myself through you tube and reddit.

It is really frustrating to not be in the water for the entire duration, but besides that, is that how you all learned freestyle breathing? Like no drill progressions but just doing it ?

Hello!

The tips of my plant are getting black/yellow and I'm afraid they will all fall off. Please suggest how can I save it.

I keep my plant indoors. The temperature here is >40°C so The windows are always closed with the shades drawn.

We open the door in early morning for about 4 hrs. The window faces south.

I water my plant till the water drains from the bottom. But I think I might have overwatered my plant as the cache pot also holds some water (I didn't knew that until now I'm an novice :( )

Please suggest what can I do to make it go healthy again.

Thanks a lot!

I'm a novice at gardening but I really love my baby jade plant. Its leaves are getting black at the tips and starting to fall. Please suggest some possible causes so that I can manage it better.

The temperature where I live is > 40°C so I keep it indoors.

It is kept near the window but the shades of the window are down usually.

When I kept my plant outside, it's leaves started to shrink, so keeping that in mind I bought it indoors and might have watered it too much :( just to make it healthy.

Also, it's soil has something red there (I don't think that's nice) what can I do about it.

Thanks a lot in advance!
