Car Accident Claim Advice (Arbitration)

I was in an accident in California back in June caused by another driver taking an illegal U-turn in front of me. After ghosting both me and her own insurance, the other driver's insurance is denying liability, so my insurance (USAA) is moving onto arbitration. I wanted to post on here to see if anybody that's been in an accident has had experience with arbitration, and what kind of evidence is needed for it to go in my favor.

I have photos of the accident for trajectory evidence, as well as screenshots of text messages with the other driver "taunting" me and refusing to provide insurance info. In addition her insurance provider looks sketchy as hell. Video evidence would obviously be the best, but I'm not sure if I can get it at this point. If anybody has advice on this, or if it would be better to post this on any other subs, please let me know. Thank you!
