I have a UTI and they first prescribed macrobid but that did nothing. I have thalassemia and folate deficiency so I can’t take bactrim. Had a severe allergic reaction to keflex last night. Doctor today at urgent care told me to take cipro. Looked it up and saw the side effects and was like …. Absolutely not 😭 I called the office back to get a script for something else and now the doctor is legit fighting me on it insisting I’m being dramatic. I’m trying to be nice speaking with the people at the office but like I’m unsure of what to do at this point they really dgaf the nurse is trying to help me argue my case with the doctor but we’ll see. I’ll update but if anyone has any advice

Hi! I’ve been searching for the sheet music for the Spencer Davis Group version of Nobody Knows You When You’re Down and Out (for piano) but haven’t had any luck finding it. I’ve found other arrangements but they really sound nothing like this specific iteration. If any of you have any ideas of where I should look….. might have to resort to transcribing it myself from recordings which would take forever lol
