Completed dark souls, what now?

Spent 53.7 hours. Blind playthrough and it's a 10/10 game.had alot fun

Favorite boss fights : Manus (artorias and S&O next favorite)

Boss fights are quite easy and quick, the only boss i somewhat struggled with is Manus(struggled to predict the movement and i wasted alot of time going for it's tail only for me to realise it doesn't drop tail weapon) and queelag because I kept getting stuck between her legs.

I was worried about the bed of chaos boss. But it was the easiest and quickest one. (Worried for nothing).

Should I start dark souls 2(I heard it's peak) or jump to dark souls 3. And also wanna 100% all 3 games.
