just noticed these two tiny dots while flossing, after brushing vigorously they were still present, i brush and floss everyday and at my last visit they said my teeth looked great and i had no cavities. should i be concerned or are they likely just cosmetic dents that are stained?? family isn’t really in a financial spot to be making trips to the dentist unless completely necessary right now, thank you for any feedback!!
