Advice?

My grade 11 grades are really bad and I want to do a science degree specifically (bioinformatic) as a premed major I am really stressed and quite frankly scared because I study so much and my grades reflect that I barley study. Does anyone have any tips for me and do I have hope? Also should I do early admissions despite my overall average being bad. Also for people that have finished grade 12 does it get easier or harder? For next year I am taking math 30-1 chem 30 bio 30 and ela 30-1 and social 30-2 I am taking social over the summer right now which btw does anyone have tips for me to be successful in the diploma?

These are my grades

Math 20-1= 64

Ela 20-1= 83

social 20-2 = 99

Bio=69

Physics= 54(I am dropping this for grade 12)

chem=96

comp sci = 89

pysch=94

vista social 30

Okay, I'm taking Social 30-2 through Vista, and I, and I have a camping trip planed we have an RV. So I was wondering, are they gonna be really strict if I go do my test in the RV? Can someone guide me on what to do, because, like, I don't know what to do. And they're being so strict for no reason, and I genuinely don't know what to do. Why is vista tweaking for no reason its never that deep bro.
