So I've got a 3BHK in a gated society on Bannerghatta Road, and I'm looking for 2 flatmates to move in. Posting here because I'd rather find decent people through a community than go the broker-cold-call route.
Quick numbers:
- Rent: ₹56,000/month all-in (maintenance included) → your share = ~₹18,667/month
- Deposit: ₹1,70,000 total → your share = ~₹56,667 (Negotiable)
- Brokerage: 1 month's rent total → your share = ~₹18,667 (one time) (and yes this not for me but for the agent who will get us this property)

- MyGate security (no randos walking in at midnight)
- Swimming pool
- Gym
- Power backup
- Water heater
About me: I'm an entrepreneur from an IT background. I'm on a hybrid schedule, so I'm in the office a few days a week and work from home the rest.
Who I'm looking for: Honestly, just chill, respectful people. Clean-ish (not hospital-grade, just basic human standards), okay with coexisting without making it weird, and someone who won't ghost on rent day. Profession doesn't matter much, IT, startup, student, freelancer, whatever. I'm a guy, and totally fine with anyone, male or female, no preference, just good vibes.
Bannerghatta Road is decent, JP Nagar, BTM, Jayanagar all within reach, and the Meenakshi Mall area has enough happening that you won't feel stranded.
