Type: 1 BHK in a peaceful community called Whitefield Ville (easily searchable on Google Maps).
Location: Near ECC Road / Deens Academy, Whitefield. It's super close to popular spots like Bob's Bar, Glen's Bakehouse, Roxie, corner house and Windmills (The Biere Club/Berry).
Vibe: Very peaceful area with nice residents. Currently, I’m pretty much the only person here under 30, so it's quiet and chill.
About Me:
I'm a paramedical professional working in the area.
Expenses:
Rent: ₹5,000 per month
Maintenance: ₹3000 each. paid every 3 months).

The house help expenses (cook plus maid) come up to appx 4000 a month. This is an extremely well ventilated house near third wave koramangala, with lots of light, ample storage, coziness and 2 really sweet flatmates (I am the one vacating).

The house comes fully equipped minus my bed and chair. The room has access to the main (huge) balcony. The bathroom is quite big and clean too! Just that it is right outside the bedroom door and the room is in a lane inside the house- so never worried for privacy really. The house has cauvery water throughout and i haven't suffered hair or skin issues from it so yay! Blackouts are minimal too. And there is an inverter for support. Kitchen is fully stocked and big enough to host!

One of the flatmates loves to decorate and cook tasty things that she posts on her channel. The other one avidly reads mangas (I think she can even be a writer) and has great binge-worthy recommendations of TV Shows/movies. This house and both of my flatmates have been exceptionally kind to me and so, I want someone who is responsible and warm for my flatmates. Please reach out if you are interested!
