This includes coordinating with the maid/cook and managing their timings when required, along with sharing day-to-day household responsibilities with the other flatmates.
Maid and cook are part of the existing household arrangement, and their shared expense is non-negotiable.

We’d ideally like someone who sees the flat as a home rather than just a rented room. 😊
