I am looking for a flatmate replacement in a 3bhk, as I am moving out. Its is a flat in a gated society with all amenities, parking and connectivity to all IT corridors. The price is reasonable and no maintenance overhead at all. It’s a great deal and I am looking for immediate move-in post October 2.
Its an essentials furnished flat ready to move into a semi-furnished bedroom. The bedroom has a dedicated washroom (non-attached)
Starting next month, rent will be 57855. Rent is divided proportionately as it is not an attached bathroom room.
Rent - 18000 (next month. Currently it is 17200)
Deposit - 66667 (total 2Lakhs / 3)
One time setup - 10000 (7k reduced for wear & tear)
Brokerage I paid - 15500 (negotiable)

Society amenities- Swimming pool, gym, open cricket nets, terrace, walking track, clubhouse with TT, mygate security, dedicated and guest parking. Can find more society pictures on Google.
