It happened again 😡, Amazon is no longer reliable.
As you know the gas crisis has already made everyone's life miserable lately, especially the people who work far away from their home for a job that merely pays for the food and roof over their head, we used to cook on induction but that took too much time, then we switched to gas, it already felt luxurious for us having the ability to cook faster. But trump doesn't let us live peacefully, he had to wage a war on innocent people including us, because it echoed at our hearth. Fyi, we don't have a registered gas connection as we are renting the place and it never occurred to us that we can register with the rental agreement but it is no longer an alternative as the government halted the new gas connection.
So we decided to go back to induction and I ordered it from Amazon on 7th May, it was supposed to be delivered on 9th May, I got the prime membership just for this to save some bucks and time, but it got delayed and it never got shipped, so I called the customer care today and their immediate response is they want me to cancel the order and re-order it again as the current order is stuck.
Shit happens but it's okay to have slight delays, but what I didn't expect that they don't even want have the current delivery expedited from their end, instead they wanted me to go through all these hassle once again, at least they could have informed me on the same delivery date about the expected delay and I would have made other arrangements.
After an hour of discussion she told me that she will make the arrangements to have this delivered to me soon, and the status would reflect after sometime today, I went back to the app and telling myself that it would be okay even if it takes 3 more days, because we are in the brink of running out of gas. But WTF The expected delivery is on 19th, what am I supposed to do?
