Hi, returning player here(before submarines).

I see it's secondary BB, but are secondaries any good? German secondary BBs have 150mm guns(if I remember correctly) while Massachusetts only has dual 127mms...

Is it just a worse secondary BB? or does it have its own advantages?
also I'd appreciate some general tips on secondary ships too.
