In short, When I play Racing games I plug my DD wheel via the power cord which is plugged on the power strip, it creates spark , but only during the plug.
Also Wondering if it's creates real resistance or I'm good with this ? Obviously I'll stop plugging the power supply while power strip is connected to avoid sparks.
Everything is better on Splitgate. Devs please don't give up Splitgate for this Slop game called Empulse.
Since several days my ranked races are terrible, almost every time a crash/return to menu.
Please provide your experience to add more feedbacks for devs.
I start. Recently played DTM 1992/1995 (Nurb -25min) and crashed at 10-15min left.
Today played TCR (Mid Ohio -15min) and crashed at 3-5min left.
Symptoms:
1.My game suddently freeze for 1-2sec and instant return to menu, I saw elsewhere when it's a kick from high ping you get switched to bonnet view, but not my case.
My setup :
Located in France with optic fiber, connected via Wifi 7, stable most of the time, getting little ping spike time to time but only slightly noticeable on Valorant for now.
Spikes and jitters from 13ms to 30-40 for 10 sec every few hours on Valorant. Nothing dramatic then. Does this game (Raceroom) is that strict about kicking due to high ping ? I mean, I already played against people from Australia on Europe server and these guys didn't get a kick.
It's really frustrating...
Edit : Played today Super Touring on Bathurst and server crashed after 5min. It's literally unplayable, every races end with a crash.... Also noticed that it never crash during Warm-up, always during the race.
Anyone with a good R5 preset ? At least worked well on the first one and wokring well on the 2nd ?
