I’m currently in the MCA selection process at VIT and my position is around 571, so I’m trying to understand which campus I might realistically end up with and which option would be best for me.

My first preference is Vellore, but I may also need to consider Chennai depending on how things go.

I wanted to ask current students or alumni:

- Based on a position around 571, is Vellore still something that can happen?

- If not, how good is Chennai for MCA in terms of academics, placements, and opportunities?

- Are placements and coding culture similar between the two campuses?

- If you were in my situation, which option would you feel more confident choosing?

My VIT MCA rank is 571, and I’m trying to understand my chances for campus allotment.

My first preference is VIT Vellore, but I’m not sure if my rank is enough to get it. Does anyone know if VIT Vellore is possible with rank 571 for MCA?

If I don’t get VIT Vellore, I may get VIT Chennai. Is VIT Chennai a good option for MCA in terms of placements, faculty, and overall opportunities?
