Document Verification hasn't started yet right?

Why is everyone posting screenshots of application form/fields etc. Right now, until the results are declared, there isn't anything to do right? im so confused

Doubt regarding how marks are calculated for each year in the application

So in the application we have to enter our marks in each year .

If it is cgpa we have to convert it into marks and then upload.

But I dont how to convert cgpa of each year separately to marks

Few people summed up their entire marks from every subject in each year and computed percentage with that .

In my case , I don’t think I can do that , coz my uni only provided grade cards with no marks in them .

It would be great if you guys could help with this.

Is photocopy of study certificate is enough ? My school (1 to 10) is permanently closed .

I have photocopy of study certificate of class 1 to 10 and I may get 4 yrs degree study certificate . Photocopy is clear and has all details . Is it sufficient? It is also signed by beo .

PGCET 2026 – Is there really no physical document verification this year?

Hi everyone,

I came across information saying that there may be no physical document verification for PGCET 2026, and that KEA will verify documents through the Application-cum-Verification Module (backend verification) and issue a Verification Slip before counselling.
I also noticed that the PGCET 2026 Information Bulletin mentions an Application-cum-Verification Module, which made me wonder if this is how verification will be done this year?

Has anyone contacted KEA or received any official clarification?

Quick confirmation needed for Karnataka PGCET document verification (B.E. TC & Study Certificate)

Hi,

I am preparing my documents for the upcoming Karnataka PGCET document verification conducted by KEA. I am a B.E. graduate and need a quick confirmation regarding the :

1. Transfer Certificate (TC) and Study Certificate requirements:Is B.E. TC mandatory for verification? I read that KEA doesn't ask for the TC during the initial document verification round, and that it's only needed later during final college admission. Can anyone who went through PGCET verification recently confirm this?

  1. Does the B.E. Study Certificate need a BEO signature?

I know my school-level study certificates (1st to 10th/12th std) absolutely need the Block Educational Officer (BEO) countersign to satisfy the 7-year study rule. But does the Study Certificate issued by my B.E. college also need a BEO/DDPI signature, or is the Principal's sign and college seal enough?

Any advice or confirmation from seniors would be a huge help. Thanks!

Pgcet mca degree marks edit doubt

Guys please help now as I have cleared all my backlog this year I have doubt that here the month and year of passing should be written about which month and year i got result of passing of that year so I cleared all year 1 (2nd sem),year 2(4th sem) and year 3(6th sem) backlogs this year and got result in june so I need to put year and month of passing to June 2026 but here see it is telling that passing year must be greater than previous year. What to do

Planning to do MCA via Management Quota ‼️

So i wrote PGCET MCA but it didn't go well..Now i decided to Join any of these Top colleges like RVCE , PESU , BMS , MSRIT..I already know some Fees structure (RVCE is costliest)..

Where is the login for KEA PGCET MCA correction (edit application)?

KEA notification says MCA PGCET application correction is open from 3rd–6th, but I’m not able to find any login option on the official portal.
I checked the PGCET 2026 page multiple times and there’s no “Candidate Login” or “Edit Application” link showing up.

If anyone has already edited their application today, please share the exact link or steps.

BCU final sem results not out – how to update degree marks for PGCET MCA?

Bangalore City University (BCU) final semester results are still not out and are expected in the 1st week of August.
For BCU students who wrote final sem this year, how are we supposed to update our degree marks for PGCET MCA

will KEA allow us to update marks later during document verification or counselling?
