guys lets share marks vs rank (only mtech CSE )

I'm an intermediate student, recently graduated from a tier 3 govt college (bcom).

I wrote the Pgcet exam (state level exam), just for funsies with my friends.

Got rank in 400's

My CA intermediate attempt is in Jan 27.

If I tell my family, they will tell me to do an MBA along with CA. But, ik it's not gonna be easy.

And I lowkey don't want to leave CA.

Any advice helps, please.

I wanna know some details, hmu please.

Like fees, hostel, pg etc

I got 56 marks my rank is 1754 . In Mtech CS

I need help because I'm worried if i can secure a seat in any good college.

Second thing which i want to know is how many seats are reserved for gate students like our ranks are started from 1000 or 1500.

Third what's your ranks and marks.

If anyone can help me in counseling please let me know i really need it.

I Got 39 marks according to PGCET MBa mark sheet and 37 according to the results which are out, it make a total of 2K rank diff. What do I do?

Based on what I could find and analyse from this subreddit is that no one has got a rank below 1000 , everyone has been assigned their ranks relative to their PGCET marks and nothing else , Since the result link on the KEA website has "provisional" written in it , my best guess is that they have not separated the GATE candidates out yet , again my best guess is that they could release another "Merit-list" for Mtech candidates when GATE candidates are put into the under 1000 rank pool and adjust the ranks above 1000 based on PGCET marks for PGCET candidates irrespective of the engineering branch .

This is just my theory please don't hold me to it😃

I got 47 marks and rank is 4060 will I get good college for this rank ?

People who have appeared for both PGCET and GATE, I have two doubts:

1. In the PGCET result, nothing is mentioned about the GATE rank/score. It only shows the PGCET rank.

For candidates who did not appear for PGCET, I can see that their rank seems to have been allotted based on their GATE score.

2. So I’m confused—will candidates who have written both PGCET and GATE also be considered for admission through their GATE score/rank, or will only the PGCET rank be considered?

Is the rank shown in the result the final rank, or will there be a separate consideration/list for GATE candidates during counselling?

Please clarify if anyone knows. 🙏
