The Druvika Academy Ravi Sir video has reached 30,000+ people on Instagram and crossed 500+ likes.
It’s reaching more students and bringing attention to our issue. Let’s keep sharing it and make sure it reaches the people who need to see it! 💪📢
I posted here to gather all students today at 11 AM. Over 20–25 members were there, and we were already discussing this issue with the same person with whom Dhruvik Academy Ravi Sir had talked to.
I hope everyone was able to hear the Google Meeting, and I even explained what he actually said there.
So, let me be more clear now:
People who are completely satisfied with the allotted college can go and take admission.
This means those who got an allotted college but want some better college by holding their Round 1 seat.
For this, he said that now you can take admission by paying the fees. If, in case, the Supreme Court decides to conduct Round 2 also, then Round 2 will be conducted and you can participate in Round 2 as well.
If you get some better college in Round 2, then all the money will be transferred to the new college.
This is what he said. I hope you were all able to hear every communication. Some people were not able to understand Kannada, so please refer to this post.
Those who are completely not satisfied with the allotted college and want to delete/reject this college but want to participate in Round 2:
For all of you, he said: do nothing — don't make any payment, just keep silent.
That's what he said.
If Round 2 is conducted, then you will also be eligible. Otherwise, if no Round 2 is conducted, then nothing remains for you at all, right?
Yes, the same situation applies to me as well.
I have also submitted my request letter to the Tappal section.
I noticed that many students there were just asking questions and did not submit any request letter asking KEA to conduct Round 2 and provide choice entry for Round 1. It's up to them, no problem, but I think submitting the request letters would have made KEA consider Round 2 as well.
Recently, many people are also talking with Public TV and other TV channel members.
A Public TV member told us that they have talked regarding this issue, and KEA told them that they are going to the Supreme Court regarding this issue on Monday. They also said that they would inform us about any information on Monday itself.
That's what the Public TV member said.
So finally, now it's up to the Supreme Court's decision.
We are requesting all affected PGCET 2026 M.Tech/MBA/MCA students to gather at the KEA Office and submit a request regarding the counselling process.
📅 Date: 1st October 2026
⏰ Time: Sharp 11:00 AM
📍 Location: KEA Office, Bengaluru
Please bring a printed copy of a short request letter, signed by you, and submit it to KEA.
If you are affected by this issue, please join and share this with other PGCET students.
Let's make a peaceful and collective request to KEA for clarity and the counselling process that was previously communicated.
Around 1 PM, I was hungry and had only ₹5 cash with me. I couldn't afford ₹40+ hotel food, so I went to an Indira Canteen thinking this is exactly what these canteens are meant for.
But they told me ₹10, cash only. No UPI. No online payment.
I asked around 2–4 people nearby if they could help me with ₹5. Finally, someone gave me ₹5 cash, and I paid him ₹5 through UPI.
Like seriously, in 2026, why is a government subsidised canteen still following a cash-only system?
If the whole point is to provide affordable food to people who may not have much money, shouldn't UPI payment be available?
Has anyone else faced this at Indira Canteens in Bengaluru/Karnataka? Is there an actual reason why they don't accept UPI?
I got uvce cs
Visited the college today for a major M.Tech eligibility issue. Came from 80+ km away, hoping to meet the concerned person.
Me: Sir, I have a major issue regarding M.Tech eligibility. Could you please tell me whom I should meet?
Old male attender (Administration Office): Come tomorrow.
Me: Sir, I came from 80+ km away.
Old male attender (Administration Office): So what? I don't care. Come tomorrow or wait until 5 PM.
Me: Sir, please call the concerned person or at least tell me whom else I can meet. I've come from a long distance.
Old male attender (Administration Office): So what? Come tomorrow.
Seriously, is this how students are supposed to be treated? 😑
Some other attendants also had a similar attitude( black person ). However, one person sitting in the second room on the right, beside the office room, was genuinely kind. He calmly asked me to wait and guided me to the concerned person. I don't know his name, but I really appreciate his help. 🙏
Colleges should monitor the behaviour and communication skills of their administrative staff. Students travel long distances with genuine problems. At least some basic respect and guidance would be appreciated.
Free food(today ) , I'm happy. 😂 But the administration attitude needs improvement.
Bro, I got UVCE M.Tech CSE in the PGCET mock allotment, but I'm a BE AIML graduate.
UVCE's recently released eligibility criteria on the KEA website mention only BE CSE, ISE, and ECE for M.Tech CSE. AIML is not mentioned.
The confusing part is that KEA already verified my qualification details and allowed me to participate in option entry. Now I've got UVCE M.Tech CSE in mock allotment.
What should I do now? Will UVCE accept me, or could they reject my admission later? Has anyone faced a similar issue?

Yes ! And share what clg u got and ur rank range if possible
Guys, I might get UVCE M.Tech CSE, so I wanted to know a few things from seniors.
How are the placements for M.Tech CSE at UVCE currently? What kind of companies visit, and what is the general placement scenario?
For M.Tech CSE, do companies at MSRIT, RVCE, SIT Tumkur, BMSCE, and PESU usually have 10th and 12th percentage cutoffs?
If yes, is it generally 75% or 80%, or do companies mainly focus on UG/PG CGPA and technical skills?
Are M.Tech students eligible for most of the companies that recruit B.Tech students, or are there restrictions?
Would really appreciate insights from seniors and recent graduates. 🙏
Guys, I paid ₹2,000 for my PDC (Provisional Degree Certificate) from my college, which is a deemed university.
The PDC is just one piece of paper, and it doesn't even mention my CGPA.
Is ₹2,000 reasonable for a document like this? Is it worth paying this much for a single certificate?
What are your thoughts?
Please
SIT Tumkur mtech seniors, do most companies visiting the college set a minimum eligibility criteria of 70% or 80% in 10th and 12th for placements?
If yes, what's the usual cutoff they set—75%+ or 80%+? (for mtech cse)
Also, for M.Tech CSE students, do companies consider 10th and 12th marks, or is UG/M.Tech CGPA the main criterion?
I have below 70% in both 10th and 12th, so I wanted to know how it affects placement opportunities.
In the Verification Slip, KEA clearly mentioned that the PDC (Provisional Degree Certificate) has to be brought during the admission process at the allotted college.
Based on that, I don’t have my PDC right now. I was planning to collect it after the Option Entry/allotment result, since KEA specifically said to bring it during admission.
But now, under Degree Qualification Details in Option Entry, KEA is asking us to upload the PDC.
What are students supposed to do if they haven't received/collected their PDC yet?
I followed the instructions given in the Verification Slip and planned to get the PDC later. Now suddenly asking for it during Option Entry is confusing.
Is KEA actually making PDC mandatory for Option Entry, or can we proceed without it / upload another document?
Please clarify, especially if anyone has already completed their qualification details successfully.
I have uploaded my 8sem result sheet+ degree study certificate but qualification details are still under REVIEW
