The sensation is hard to explain. It's like a physical sensation but around the body. That sensation is between physical feelings and emotional feelings. It's connected to the base/core and when I feel overwhelmed I can "splash" it 360°. After that I feel a bit dizzy and my head clears up.
It's feels like throwing stuffed energy all around you. Often it's a complanied with spinal fluid (idk if that is the correct term) movement.
Anybody has similar experience or know what that is? Can This be used for manifestation and nervous system reprogramming?
