I've been experiencing this high pitch squeaking / cricket-esque noise in my Golf R. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

I've recently had my pads/rotors replaced, but it occurred before then too so I don't think that's the issue.

It happens both accelerating and braking. It's intermittent while driving, but I can consistently get it to happen when pulling into my garage.

I've googled it a fair bit and can't seem to find something quite similar.
