Hey guys, I got a severe second degree burn on the beach 2 days ago now. Blisters keep getting bigger. Foot swelling is down a bit from what it was but not so much on my shins which present pitting edema. I have to go into work on Thursday which requires me to wear steel toe boots. I don’t know what to do outside of keeping my feet elevated. The blisters are the main issue. Can I safely drain them myself? My neighbor is a nurse so I think she can safely do it. Or do I need to rush to the Urgent Care?
