My (amazing) experience with Henry Archer customer support

Hi everyone,

I just bought mt first Henry Archer watch, and I thought it'd be cool to share my experience with the brand, and especially their customer support.

I bought a tidslinje red 2 weeks ago on a Sunday. The watch left on Monday morning and arrived at my address on Tuesday before lunch, which is really fast. The packaging was also quite good.

I opened the package and took the watch out. However, I instantly noticed a "default" in the dial. The red colouring didn't uniformly apply on the dial, resulting in a small portion being orange like copper instead of the nice dark red.

I couldn't unsee it, and it relates bothered me. Some people accept these defaults on meteorite dials, since it makes them unique, but here i just found it disgraceful.

I wrote the their support email address the same day evening. I asked for a swap, but i doubted they would accept since it wasn't really a default.

They answered the next day morning, and accepted to swap without discussing. They organised and pay for the return the same day.

The return took a few more days than the first expedition since there are a lot of national day offs in May in France.

The day they received the watch, they sent me a picture of 3 new watches which i could choose from. Once I did, they sent the new watch, and was delivered within 2 days.

The new watch is awesome, and works like a charm.

This was truly excellent customer support and I definitely recommend getting in touch with them if you have any trouble.

They kept me informed at each step of the process and answered whenever i had a question.

PS: since pictures usually don't render dials like reality, i would like to specify that the real colour is more like a red-violet tint than a dalk red. Cameras don't make it look like it really is.

I'm also posting the pictures of the 2 watches (1 picture of the old one, and 2 of the new one), so you can see this red-violet colour is the same on every watch.

Hi everyone,

I just received my Henry archer tidslinje red and I notice an orange spot on the dial.

Is it a normal thing on meteorite dials, or is it a default?

Thanks in advance for your answers

Hi everyone

When i was doing my research about this watch i felt like i struggled to find pictures of it under natural lights, so i thought it'd be cool to share a few.

Stainless steel bracelet was changed for a cognac leather brown fro beaubleu to make it look less bulky.

My pictures make it look like the glass has a lot of reflections but it's only my camera and my poor level in taking pictures that make it look like it. It's not the case in reality.

Feel free to ask if you have any question.
