Purge after increasing frequency?

ive been using 0.025% tretinoin for every 3 days consistently for abt 1 and a half month, and slowy started increasing it by applying it every 2-3 days (like i alternate it) for another month, and now im using it every other day consistently. As of now it has been 3 months since ive started using tretinoin.

at first i thought my routine was pretty good since i didnt have any new pimples since i started tret and my skin has been the smoothest it has been in a long time (i had a lot of breakouts right before i started using tret). It has been about 1 and a half weeks since i started using it every other day and i woke up having 3 new pimples on my face.

did this happen to anyone else? where it seemed like ur face is getting better at the beginning and then started purging after increasing? also is 3 new pimples even considered a purge? I also use azelaic acid every morning and night too which my face has been adjusted to for a while now, way before i started using tretinoin.

update: also i should mention my skin barrier doesnt seem damaged. it does get a bit dry around the nose whenever i use tretinoin at night but by the next morning its gone. however theres no redness or anything.

Should I change my cleanser (BP cleanser + Azelaic Acid + Tret)

so heres my routine:
Morning:
- Cerave Acne foaming cream cleanser with 4% Benzoyl Peroxide
- 15% Azelaic Acid Gel
- Cerave Daily Moisturizing Lotion
- Cetaphil SPF 50 Daily facial moisturizer with sunscreen

Night:
- Cerave Acne foaming cream cleanser with 4% Benzoyl Peroxide
- 15% Azelaic Acid Gel
- 0.025% Tretinoin Cream every other night
- Cerave Daily Moisturizing Lotion

I’ve been using the cerave acne cleaner w 4% benzoyl peroxide for years now bc it has helped me with my acne but since i started using tret 2 months ago, i noticed my skins getting dryer. Not too bad but I was thinking that maybe eventually i need to change my cleanser since Im already using azelaic acid and tretinoin? Or maybe I should change my moisturizer to help my dry skin more? if anyone has a similar routine id love to hear your thoughts

I always wondered this since I personally do not want a big wedding with all my friends and family invited. but I do know a lot of girls always dream of one, and if my future girlfriend would want one, I’d agree to do it but I’d be reluctant to tbh.

I’m 19 so I probably don't know much about weddings anyways, but the thought of gathering so many relatives and friends all together in one event feels so overwhelming to me? Especially with my family. I’m not ashamed of being a lesbian, and I know my immediate family would be okay with it, but other relatives would probably have some judgement around it, and I dislike a lot of my relatives too, AND if ever I do get with a girl from a different race (I’m asian, currently dating a black woman) I know I have some racist family members I wouldn't want coming to my wedding anyways.

I think I prefer having a more intimate celebration tbh, but I’d be willing to do whatever my partner would want if that's what would make them happy. If any of you had a wedding, or are currently planning a wedding please let me know what it was like for you!
