As the title says, my huntsman usb a dongle doesn’t work at all, I’ve tried it with multiple ports and across two different huntsman v2 analog keyboards, one was replaced. only the usb c dongle works to power the keyboard.

Am I missing something? Is the usb a songle supposed to power it too?

The ports do work as I’ve tested it with different things, the dongle on the keyboard has not worked on either keyboard, just wondering if it’s a me issue, Razer issue or hardware issue in terms of the ports.

TL:DR usb a dongle does not work across two keyboards, ports do work, totally lost
