Single-floor house v/s multi-storey house, which is actually cheaper to build?
Planning to build a house around 1500 sq ft in a village area near the TN-Kerala border area.
Dad initially wanted to build only a single-floor house since he thought it would be cheaper. But now one of my uncles and one of dad’s friends are saying that building a multi-storey (G+1) house is actually cheaper overall. I have no idea about this but it just doesn't make sense😭 Is it really true?
