At least 15k steps a day, fasted cardio 20 minutes in the morning then again before bed, and I cut out almost all carbs except pre/intra-workout - also my first meal (egg whites, spinach, and turkey bacon) was around noon every day
Roughly half of what I lost was water weight since I was just coming off a bulk where I was eating about 2kg of (cooked) rice a day, causing me to retain a lot of water (your body stores carbohydrates as glycogen in your muscles, for roughly every 1g of glycogen stored 3-4g of water is stored alongside)
Wish I was as good at gaining weight as losing it
