About a month in and the dryness of the mouth is really starting to drive me crazy... Started about 14 days in. I am doing the xylitol and water drinking / chewing gum method and even got some Xylimelts.

How do you guys cope?

Has the dry mouth gone away for you?

How long does it take to get better.
