Where do I buy starter like this

starter from a bug zapper. it has continunity with it unplugged so I think it's this starter that's the problem. The actual zapping bit (where bugs gets fried) still works, just the bulb won't turn on. I've tried the same bulb in another bug zapper and the bulb turns on.

all the starters online looked like the normal pillbox shape. where do I find one that's like mine?

is there a shop somewhere in town that sells pcb parts? i'm looking for a thermal fuse. i usually get this kind of stuff from lee's electronic from vancouver since my parent lives there but i kindda need it now.
