Help please, westie pup on keppra day 9

My pup had cluster seizures and the vet prescribed keppra and so far she hasn't had another seizure. But on day 7 of the meds, she started losing strength in her hind legs and now (day 9) she's unable to move her hind legs. Fore legs are still working. She has urinated and defecated as well.

Cluster seizures on 4 month old Westie after starting Nexgard Spectra

Context:

My pup started Nexgard Spectra on 22 June at around 5.45pm, at approximately 11.50am on 23 June, she had her first seizure. After seizing, she paced around the house for about 30mins before settling into a deep sleep. This went on for at least 6 more times (vet wanted us to monitor the situation and the seizures kept happening when i brought her home. I couldn't afford an ER visit so we had to go back to the vet the next day) After consulting our vet, they recommended we go to a neurologist to rule out causes or we could just treat with Keppra. We chose the latter, and so far after 2 doses, she has not had any more episodes but i was wondering if she is gonna be on Keppra for a long period of time or will it be shorter since it's highly due to the Nexgard?
