Hi all, I intend to leaguestart Gemling Legionnaire because I usually start Merc and I want to have some silly fun later in the game. The quality giving additional effects on all skill gems is too juicy to pass up. In the showcase, they showed what looks to be a very juiced up fireball skill gem.

Can you help me understand where all the quality is coming from?

I know that Gemling can get an additional 6% (no longer 16% since Crystalline Potential is now being replaced), and I also saw on the patch notes that The Cunning Fox node which currently gives 5% quality to all skills is being adjusted/removed. So other than the 6% from Gemling and 20% base max quality for the skill, where is the rest of the quality coming from?
