Guys my Surface Book 2 15 inch is never surpassing 3GHz. I tried disabling BD PROHCOT, set intelppm, what should I do? I'm a student, so I can't spend money on thermal paste and a new laptop. I heard Surfaces have this faulty throttling management. Anyone have a solution? Or maybe I should boot in other OS to edit the BIOS as the Surface UEFI is severely limited? Please make my PC shine again, brighter than ever.

So these are my Apple products so far (1st gen iPhone SE, iPhone 5 and AirPods Pro 1 are not included). I managed to snag all of them at a fair price(except the iPad mini 1 and iPhone SE and 5, which are my parents): MacBook Pro 13 2016 8/512 for RM550, iPhone 12 PRODUCTRED for 550 also, AirPods Pro 1 for 180, iBook G3 FireWire SE 2000 for 350, and iPod touch 6th generation for 300. I'm definitely expanding my ecosystem, but more on the vintage (not latest) side. And I'm planning on plugging an eGPU for my Mac. Any thoughts?
